Chef Michael Tondorf began his culinary career at the age of 14 where he worked in the kitchen at The Red Lion Inn under Chef Tony Ambrose. He went on to further sharpen his skills at the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. He has continued his education by studying under Chefs Todd English and Emmanuel DuBois, among others. Michael is committed to preparing dishes with fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. With the convenience of the Scituate Harbor location, the daily dinner specials are often what is brought in to the local fish market that day.
